Register for RSI to Scan to OneDrive
Ricoh Smart Integration (or RSI) is a service that allows us to scan directly to cloud services such as OneDrive.
Before you can use RSI, you need to do three things:
- Register an account using your Office 365 credentials
- Connect your Office 365 credentials to your profile
- Set a pin
First you'll need to use the link below to begin registration:
Register for Romanoff RSI
Then click the Office 365 Account button and login with your full email address and password.
Once you login with your email, you will be registered for RSI.
Next, connect your Office 365 credentials.
Click the Application Settings box, go to External Service Connections, click the blue Configure button next to Office 365.
When the account is successfully connected, you will get a green message that says Success and a Configured check mark next to Office 365.
Finally, set a pin.
Click your profile button at the top right corner (it will say your username), My Account Settings, Device Login Setting, click the Change button next to PIN Code Settings. Set a four digit pin(you will need this to scan to pick one you can remember!).
Once you have completed registration, you are ready to use your PIN to scan to your personal OneDrive folder.
