How to Map Network Drives Outside of the Office
In order to connect to internal Romanoff network resources such as network drives from outside the office, you need an active VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection.
1. Open the blue NX (Sonicwall Netextender) icon on your desktop. This is your VPN client.
2. Use your VPN login at the login screen (this is separate from your normal Windows login).
3. Once you click connect, you will be prompted for a one time passcode that was sent to your email from FWAuth@romanoffgroup.cc.. Take the code from your email and paste or type it into the box to verify your identity. When VPN is successfully connected, you will see a screen showing your connection info.
4. After your VPN is connected, you can map your drives.
- Open file browser
- right click "This PC" on the left
- map network drives
- select the letter from the dropdown box
- type the drive address in the folder field
- finish.

J drive - \\leia\shared
P drive - \\xwing\ProjectMgmt
H drive - \\xwing\users\(username)
W drive (RHCC) - \\mandalorian\charlotte-shared
W drive (REL) - \\grogu\shared
R drive (RER) - \\xwing\BIM
