How to Use RDWeb Link to Access to Session Desktop

Use the link below to access the Virtual Desktop environment. Microsoft Edge is the preferred browser but you can open in any browser you'd like.

To login to the RDWeb portal, you will need to sign in using your 365 credentials. This is your email address + password.

After you provide your email address and password, you will be prompted to verify your identity using a text message code or phone call.

At this point, you may be asked to reconfirm your password and/or SSPR info. If you are, follow the prompts to confirm.

After your verify your identity, you will be presented with your assigned RDWeb resources. Click the SessionDesktop option under Default Workspace.

Click Allow on the prompt that says Access Local Resources. You can check "Don't ask me again" if you'd like.

You'll be prompted for your login one more time. It will prefill your username for you, no need to change it.

You will be presented with a full desktop, complete with Timberline, Timberscan and Abouttime. From this window, access your applications normally.
