How to schedule a meeting in the conference room in Outlook or Teams
Schedule a meeting in the conference room
For Outlook:
In Outlook click on New Items>Meeting as shown below
The window below will open for you to fill out with the details of your meeting.
Click on either Location or Room Finder circled in below screenshot, they look different but both do the same thing

Location
Double click on the room you would like to use then click "OK"
The below window will close and you can fill out the rest of the meeting details.

Room Finder
Click "Building" circled in red below and select the one the corresponds with your location.
Double click the room you would like to use, click the small "X" when done selecting your room.

The Location you select in either of the above methods will now display in the "Location" field of the meeting.
Fill out the rest of the details for your meeting, circled below in yellow.
If you would also like to host the meeting online with Teams, click the "Teams Meeting" circled in blue below then "Schedule Meeting"
Once you are done hit "Send"
Your room will not be reserved until you hit "Send"

If the meeting doesn't conflict with another scheduled meeting, your get an email like the below

If the meeting does conflict with another scheduled meeting you will get the below

For TEAMS:
While in your Calendar in Teams click on "New Meeting" in the top right.

The below window will open.
Click on "Location" to get a drop down listing the conference rooms.
If it doesn't default to your home office click the "<" at the top of this drop down to go back and see a list of each office location.
