How to Connect to Network Printers

Network printers are openly available for any Romanoff employee to print. Before you can print to a network printer, you'll need to add it to your PC and install a driver. There a several different options to connect to network printers, below is the recommend IT stamp of approval method:

1. With a wired office LAN connection or wirelessly connected to ROMANOFF_CORPNET, type the address of the print server in the Windows "type here to search box" \\kamino\ and hit the enter key:

Note: "backslash" is the key typically under your backspace key.

2. Explorer will bring up a new window with a list of available shared printers. Find the one you want to connected to and either double click or Right-Click>Connect

3. It will take a minute to install the driver. Once the box goes away, you will see the printer name show in your printer list.

Most printers should allow you to map without Admin credentials.
