How to Access Display Settings

Right click on any blank area on your desktop and choose "display settings"

OR click start and choose settings

Then choose "system"

Adjust Monitor order

In the display settings, you can click on any of the boxes and drag them around to reorder your monitors. You'll want to do this if your mouse jumps from one screen to another and doesn't follow smoothly across. You can click "identify" which will display what number each monitor is, this will help in the arrangement

Duplicate Monitors

If your monitors are showing the same image, you can scroll down on the display settings window and find "multiple monitors" which is circled in the below screenshot. The drop down will give you the option to "extend these displays"
