How to Edit Your Printing Preferences

Printing preferences such as single sided, paper size, color / BW etc have to be set by the user on their own user profile. If you are connected to multiple printers, you will have multiple printer defaults to manage. Default settings should be managed from the local machine, meaning NOT on the session desktop.

To manage your printing preferences by printer; click Start > Settings > Devices > Devices and Printers > click your printer to edit > Manage > Printing preferences. This will open the preferences dialogue box. Please keep in mind that options available here depend on on device driver, so options available for one printer may not appear for another.
