How to recover unsaved changes in Excel

If you've been working on a spreadsheet in Excel and the program crashed or your computer restarts/shuts down for any reason, it's rather easy to recover your changes. Excel, by default, saves a copy of the file you're working on. Follow these steps to bring up the last saved point

Go into Excel and hit the File option at the top left

Then Choose "Open"

and on the right there should be a "recover unsaved workbooks" option at the bottom

This will bring up a list of workbooks that have not been saved yet as shown in the bottom example
