How to Register Bluebeam Revu 21 Using a Subscription License
Bluebeam no longer offers application licensing using serial number and product code. Instead they have moved to named user licensing model, requiring users to claim in invite, create a Bluebeam account and sign into the application using the account they created.
Previous serial numbers purchased for BB ver 20 and older are unaffected. Those licenses are still valid. This article only applies to users beginning after September 2022 running Bluebeam 21.
1. Request a license from Romanoff IT department by emailing helpdesk@romanoffgroup.cc .
2. Once a Romanoff admin has invited you to claim a license, find the email invite and click "Accept Invitation".
3. Fill out your user details appropriately and set an account password. This is the password you'll use to log into the application.
4. Once you have finished creating your account, open the Bluebeam 21 application installed on your computer. On first startup, you should be prompted for sign in. Sign in with the account information you created in the previous step. If you are not prompted automatically for sign in, find the Sign In option at the top right corner of the screen.
Note: Sign in licensing ONLY applies to Bluebeam 21. Versions Bluebeam 20 and older do not support sign in licensing and require a serial number / product code.
5. Once signed in, you can confirm your license details by clicking your email address in the top right hand corner and checking "Package". Most users are assigned the Core level license. An unlicensed account will show "Unpaid".
