How to use Teamviewer
Teamviewer is the application that IT uses to remotely connect into your computer in order to better assist you with computer issues. We install the application by default on every computer we deploy. It may not be available on your desktop so make sure you go into the start menu and look for it there. The icon looks like this:

When contacting IT, we will ask you to provide a Teamviewer ID and password. This should be provided to use once you open up the application. It looks like this:

If you do not see this when opening Teamviewer, make sure you're under the "Remote Control" tab on the left. If your teamviewer looks like this:

then you have the microsoft store version of teamviewer and will need to go to the website and download the correction version of teamviewer found here:

Once you've provided the ID and password to us, we can connect in and assist you with the issue you're having
*PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE TEAMVIEWER ONCE PROVIDING IT WITH YOUR ID AND PASSWORD AS THIS WILL PREVENT US FROM CONNECTING TO YOUR COMPUTER*
