How to mark Email as Junk

If you have email coming in repeatedly that you would rather not have cluttering up your inbox, you can set it as junk in Outlook and it will automatically send it to your Junk email box. It's simple to do and has multiple options of how to block it. Just open outlook and select the offending email

You can choose to block the sender and it'll automatically block all messages from that particular sender.

How to mark Email as Not Junk

Using the same method above, right click on the email and now you can identify the email as Not Junk or you can choose the different ways to not block the sender
