How to fix Bluebeam freezing issue
A common issue that a lot of users are running into is Bluebeam freezing up when opening a document. The fix is not super obvious but it's very easy. First, Click on "Revu" at the top left of the menu bar on the top of the application.

Choose Preferences from this menu

Now choose Advanced on this window and select the drop down on "Rendering Engine" then choose "Software" on that drop down

Now select OK and close out of bluebeam. Once you open another file, the issue should be resolved
