How to access the doors using Brivo Pass

Recently we have changed over the locks/security system for the doors leading into and around the building. During the day we will have all outside locks leading into the building locked to prevent unwanted visitors. To access these doors, you will need to use the “Brivo Pass” app found in either the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone. Look for the Brivo Pass app, the icon should look like this:

Once installed, go into your Romanoff email and open up the invite that was sent to you by Brivo. There should be a button in that email labeled “Add Pass to Account”.

Click that button and it should automatically open in the Brivo Mobile Pass app. Once it’s added you’ll get a message confirming it’s been added.

Once you tap on the “All Doors” option, that should show you every door in the Charlotte office. The main ones you’re going to be looking for to get into the building are RER Lobby and RHCC Lobby. The screen will look like the following.

Select the door you’re trying to access and it should unlock the door and allow you in.
