Approving meetings for a room This article will show you how to accept meetings for a room. Some of the rooms don't automatically accept meeting requests, but instead will need to be approved by someone. First a meeting will need to be create, to schedule a room please follow this guide ---> How to schedule a meeting in the conference room in Outlook OR Teams After the meeting has been sent you'll get an email from the room informing you that the meeting is pending After you've confirmed the meeting is pending, someone with delegate access to this room will then need to approve it. This person is not always IT, the person is most likely HR, the Office manager or the Division manager. This person will need to either click "Yes" or "No", they can also include a short message letting them know why this choice was made Once the meeting is reviewed it can either be accepted or declined. If accepted your meeting will be sent over to the room and you're on the schedule If declined then your meeting is NOT approved or needs to be scheduled for a different time, please reach out to the appropriate person to schedule a different time
