How to use Foxit on Session

Due to issues with Adobe constantly asking for a login on Session we are moving to use Foxit in Session going forward.

You should have an icon for it on your Desktop in Session, see screenshot below.

When you open it for the first time it will ask you to register as seen in the below screenshot.

Click on "Not Now"

This should only pop-up the first time you open it.

Fill a Form

Double click the PDF Form in question to open in Foxit
Your toolbar should look something like the below
Click on the "Fill & Sign" Button or "Foxit eSign" Tab, they go to the same place
Your toolbar should now look like the below
Click on "Add Text" Button
Any fillable cell you hover over now should highlight blue as seen below, click on the cell and then you should be able to start typing
You can also use the Checmark and X icons to mark the form
To save your changes click on File in the top left then either Save or Save as, depending if you want to make a new copy or not
